Participation in the competitions administered by the Foundation and published on its website is also available to the population residing in Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region and includes:

• Grant competitions for fundamental and applied research; 
• Support programs for young scientists, doctoral students, and postdoctoral researchers; 
• International scientific cooperation and mobility programs; 
• Mechanisms supporting innovation, technology transfer, and research commercialization; 
• Targeted educational and research opportunities ensuring equal access to participation in scientific activities.
